In Memoriam Joseph Mathai This site is dedicated to the memory of my dear friend and colleague Joseph Mathai. Our friendship dates back to the ICASS surveillance project at the New York Stock Exchange, and continued through the next 15 years. On September 11, Joe was at the financial technology seminar held at Windows on the World, in the north tower of the World Trade Center.  May his life be an inspiration to all.
